Asian Coast Development Ltd. (ACDL Group) has been given the go-ahead in Vietnam to build a $4.2 billion tourism complex. The Canada-based casino and resort group are to construct the development in the seaside province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau just east of the city of Ho Chi Minh (historically known as Saigon).
