The Master in Tourism Destination Management has seen a very varied influx of nationalities this year. Within a group of 21 students we have no less than 17 different nationalities!

Students have joined us from Ghana, Germany, Vietnam, Honduras, China, USA, Ecuador, Kazaghstan, Curacao, Indonesia, Kenya, The Netherlands, Brasil, India, Belgium & Italy.

Research amongst these students made clear that most of them were searching for a mastercourse combining relevant theoretical approaches on destination development with practical experience in management of tourism destinations. This confirms our feeling that Destination Management is a growing field of expertise, developing fast globally.

International student scholarship options for 2010/2011

There are again two scholarship possibilities for the international students choosing to study Tourism Destination Management. This year four excellent TDM students have received full study grants from 2 separate scholarship programmes.
